Q) Why should we read your blog?
A) I don’t know. I get up, I go to work, I come home, I go to bed. I do that again the next day. However, I do have funny children. I often email stories about what they do, and my mom and my sisters laugh and say “you need to blog.” Once I understood that blog was a noun and a verb, and after considerable resistence laziness, here we are. Since you are here, you should probably read this and lower your expectations.
Q) What does the title of your blog mean?
A) I think it means “Chaos Reigns” but I don’t speak Latin, unlike the rest of my family. I chose Sanskrit when our family collectively divided the dead languages amongst the siblings. Nonetheless, I subscribe to the theory that saying things in Latin makes you seem smarter than you really are. The problem is, I only know Latin phrases that are either rhymes that junior high boys think are funny or were in my Business Law classes.
Q) You described yourself as boring, yet the title of your blog implies excitement. Discuss.
A) That wasn’t a question. But, if you mean, what is the Chaos in my life, I can say that if you are asking that question, then you’ve never been in my house or met my family. They are all insane. Think of this blog as postcards from my padded cell.
Q) Who are the inmates in your asylum (figuratively)?
A) The primary sources of the chaos are Jimmy, Maggie, and Annie, my three kids. They transform the most mundane days into a jailbreak.
Q) Where are the old updates you used to write?
